On the news they say about people buying parts of the moon ect, Are they just plain Stupid?

Who says anyone has the right to own it nevermind sell it.

I could lay claim to own the Sun, Does this mean I could charge every human being for heating in the summer, Light in the daytime and people collecting energy from the sun in solar panels should pay me for recieving energy from my power source. lol NO that would not happen but its just as a stupid idea as someone buying part of the moon or any other planets.

Greed and Stupid people that give in to this nonsense.

Well I want to see what happens when the us or china start building on the moon, And someone turns around and says if you build there you will have to buy it from me, They would laugh in their face because there is no way it could be a legal contract....

Well No one should be able to own it.
Its not a case of finders keepers as the moon has never been lost, YET! lol it is moving away from us at a very very slow speed so one day it may get lost. lol

But yes people should be able to build there but it wouldnt mean they own that part of the moon just the buildings on it.

With the earth its different as no one should really own any land here, But people would say "We Fought for the land".

Well is Anyone fighting to own any part of the moon or any other planet NO so no-one has the right to sell or the right to buy.

I Hope No-One Do Start fighting over the planets though, We have all had enough of WAR.

Theres one in japan thats quite famous... cant remember its name but they sell it in multiflavours...sorta like aromatherapy kinda thingy. Most of their regular customers are business execs. LOL!!! its suppose to make u relax after a stressful day at work LOL!!!...sorta like a drug if u ask me...LOL!!!

The story that i head on a current affair is that one of the astronaughts that landed on the moon claimed as his under some really old US law about claiming territory, which at first was taken as a joke by NASA till they realised he was serious, this all stems from that apparently

some of you probably heard about the last australian census where some ridiculas amount of people put down their religion as 'Jedi Knights'

With a bit of effort and cutting through red tape i can set up a government recognized religion for about (once converted) $50 USD per year. I was thinking about doing this and charging people $10 so they can officially claim to be a jedi. Id opnly need 7-10 people to do it a year to cover expenses.

Would be great as a gift for someone "Congratulations Bob your know officially a Jedi"

Lol I like it something similar happened here in England at the last census where a lot of people were encouraged to put Jedi Knight at their religion!

hehe same thing happened here with the Jedi thing. i'm sure it is some way possible to be prosicuted for it, i cant quite remember. maybe it is if you put down false info i.e. those who put it for a laugh.

even though so many ppl put it it was not recognised though hehehe. i think it came under 'other'
