dfx demo (help needed)

I am trying to add maps to the dfx demo. i can put maps into demores.pff by either extracting with a pff utility. or using a ms-dos bat file. but the maps are missing a file to play them on the demo, they dont even show up when trying to host, but when you go to single player there they are. when trying to load it say maps cannot be loaded . this you are trying to use something that has not been activated.

Just follow these few simple steps.

1.) Visit http://novahq.net

2.) Download the map you want to play.

3.) Extract the .bms and .WAC (if file provided) to the C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force: Xtreme folder.

4.) Open Close the folder.

5.) Open the game and play the map.

If you are asking how you extract a map that you made to the demo, I don't know how to do that. You will have to contact Novalogic on that subject.

yes i was trying to add maps to demo. would love to host games for new people or noobs as they say. where one isnt killed as soon as he spawns, this sort of takes the fun out of the game. i can add maps to the complete game but not demo, but i do know it can be done some guys are hosting these maps, but when asked how to do it, you can guess the reply.

you can get a map for the demo at whosyourdaddy.com but i must mention that i was hosting one of these maps. i got punted, and now when i try to sign on to novaworld i get host has timed out. error code nwec42.... i guess nova didnt like me hosting these maps.
