Russian Hotel
One day, I was in Moscow during the Cold War because I had to report on an incident in Siberia. I was very tired and it was at least 10:00 P.M. So i booked itno a hotel and traveled up to my room. The room was one square with a couch, chandalier, a bed, a desk and a nightstand. I threw my bag onto the bed and looked around.
"Cameras?" I said to myself. "Spying?" i said to myself. "I think not!" i yelled. I looked around and around until I found a small bump in the floor. i lfted the capret and saw a black bump, like a half-sphere sticking out of the ground. nails held the half-sphere down and lucky for me, i brought a pocket knife with all sorts of little gagdets incorporated. I unscrewed the half-circle, put it in a drawer and went to bed Next morning... I went to book out of the hotel. "Did you sleep good?" the clerk asked me. 'Yes." I replied. "Oh, the couple below had a chandalier fall on them."
