My friend called to tell me that his new computer stop working. So being a good friend I asked him to tell me what he was doing when it stopped working.

Friend: I was cleaning up the hard drive by deleting unnecessary files.
Me: Ok, what was the last thing you deleted?
Friend: I don't know a bunch of stuff in a windows directory. I didn't know what it was so it must not have been important.
Me: Ok, find the recovery CD and bring your computer over and I will reinstall the OS. Oh and, stop deleting stuff unless you know what it is!!*

i aunt love to delete item out of her whole system, if she don't know what it is & she never use it! it was trash no need for it

A few months ago, a woman called in and complained that the computer we sent her wasn't turning on. We went through many tests and could not determine the problem so we told her to send it in. After multiple tests, we confirmed there was nothing wrong with the computer so we sent it back. When she got it she said it still didn't turn on, so we got one guy to go to her house. Turns out she didn't know it needed to be plugged in.
