Weather/time of day in LAN games

Does anybody know how to change the time of day or weather conditions when starting a JO LAN game?

it depends on the map iirc
each map has certain environmental variables built in, like rain, day/night etc. the map maker sets these and the server has no control

That would be really cool if it could be changed at the server level. At least by the admin. Perhaps limit it to only being changed before the game starts, so that it isn't changed sporatically during the game, cause that would be annoying.
