I agree with steve, tril, tin etc.
Pointless really imo.

How did it all start anyway, what could be so fashionable about it?

it stinks, puts people off certain things, costs a lot, damages lungs and health.
I go down to a snooker club quite often and even though no one has been smoking that day, my clothes stink of it later on...

hell i was a heavy drinker and started smoking at that age, not to say i lost my cheery at that age too red-light area in Frankfurt Germany.

17 years old: smoke, drink hard whiskey and getting laid too.
who says you have to be 18yrs of age to do these thing? they never join the arm forces server.

them were the best years 17-28yrs party and having a blast of good time. been around the world 3x over love it a lot.

i did try some drugs/weed in the service (out partying) but never like it all, I kept away from that crap.

Think that logic is a bit flawed as if a ban would be implied, yes you would be able to get ahold of it, but it would still decrease as it gets harder and illegal. The majority of people trys to follow the law, they dont want to be cought not following the law, there for it would decrease
After the Halsted act to bring in prohibition in the United States to ban alcohol the amount of alcohol consumed actually increased as it became fashionable to defy an unpopular law. The same could well happen with a ban on tobacco there is always a market for illegal goods of any kind and being an illegal smoker would be seen by many as trendy unfortunately bro.

Warm Regards
