DFX and Punkbuster

I see a download that puts Punkbuster into DFX. Does it work? and do all the players that want to join the server have to have it? Thanks....

i can't confirm this, iirc Chief contacted punkbuster about it though, maybe he can shed some light on it if he reads this.

i think all it means is that you yourself are clean of cheating but doesnt guarantee anyone else :/

it will no longer work with DF: Xtreme its been updated and don't trust it ether to instill.

it was made for JOTR and some one hack it to work with DF: Xtreme. Evenbalance told me this is not their doing and they will not support it ether. some one has taken their copy right software and hack it to work with DF: Xtreme.

i had a e-mail saying so but no longer have that info now days.

EvenBalance (PB) I expect they're breaking an EULA or a law by doing so - and if it is PB, then it just won't work.

it should no longer work at all DF: Xtreme has been updated and this so call PB tool no longer work at all. basic it a fake item.

i should be getting another e-mail from glen soon from evenbalance to back it up with.

its not a total bad ID, but if should be only use it if they were getting paid for their software to use for the game.

it should not be use by any one at all for the game. and should not be trusted at all.

will like to the man says if you use it and your system totally crash or get wipe out, its in your hands they have no then to do with this item at all. by the way who ever edited it to work with DF:X can't tell what they edited into it or if it been hacked so others can do thing with it. they had no hand in this at all. it not support by them or Novalogic, inc at all.

if a cheater can hack it and cheat by going around it then it really no good to start with there no updates for this item.

bottom line it not a real anti-cheat tool, you like to think it so by all means use it, but remember it not by them or any one who work for Novalogic, inc or evenbalance

Just curious....I wonder why Novahq is allowing this to be featured/downloaded from its DFX utilities site? They should remove it if there is any question of harm or intellectual infringement.
