That Iron Gym looks like it's missing some parts. Just me though.

I run 3 miles a day and usually do a about 75 pushes and sit ups each night. Nothing too major. I'm not into body building, but I do like to be in shape.

No b.s. this is what I do. Since I'm at home with my son when I'm not working I'm either playing with him, gaming, or watching tv. So every 10-15 minutes depending on what I am doing I drop and do anywhere from 60-100 pushups. I'll do that from the time I wake up until I can barely make my mininum on the APFT (39). Then I'll take a break for an hour or two and finish the night off again on the same cycle until I can just barely get 39.

Mix up the arm positions...diamonds, wide arms, hands in towards eachother, hands out away from eachother, up on your knuckles, arms out past your head and shoulder width apart, arms almost at your waist shoulder width apart.

I only run and do situps on the APFT, I stay in shape just doing pushups, and I eat whatever I want as well. It's a very effecient workout mechanism.

I used to train as a competitive powerlifter before rotator cuff and joint problems. Had a 1270 total @ 160. Now I bodybuild.

It's an easy workout to do, I could get by just doing 40 pushups every 30 minutes if I wanted to just stay in shape and pass a pt test.

No workout here, but I should definitely get into the habit of doing a two dozen pushups every day.

you can't just do pushups to stay in shape you need to include gym and running into your workout. Pushups work only your back and chest.
