i cant join TS games

ok i have had this problem for a while now and no matter where i look i cant find the right answer/the answer that helps fix it....

ok well i have to play in normal bhd cause if i have my TS installed i cant play any multiplayer servers (bypass login to nova world) it joins the server like normal but no matter wht server it is i get punted after bout 15 secs into me joining the server i have tried updating all my drivers, i have updated my game, i dont use any type of mods/editing/hacks/w/e u call them.... and this only happens when i play TS, if i play my normal bhd i can play just fine but agian only wiht team sabre do i have this problem any i really want to use the new guns again.......any help would b greatfull
