just throwin this out there but was your BHD cd in the drive?
 do you have multiple drives? try switching them

NoCD crack, I see what you mean though In Australia it is not illegal to make backups or have a NoCD crack for your game if you install and register using the vendors process of legitimisation and have ("End User") ownership of the "Software". Also mostly I use a mounted Virtual Disk to save putting in(and scratching..$3@@3^&^5# the damn thing) a disk, I only resort to NoCD cracks if the Virtual disk will no be accepted by the software. (always a bit of a risk for malware) Could you let me know if I would be violating Novalogic rules by using it for personal use, if so I will destroy it.
