BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- -- The Iraqi Special Tribunal has brought its first charges against Saddam Hussein for alleged crimes during his reign, the tribunal announced Sunday.

Iraq's security force (police) are moving him back and forth to the jail to the court house, he being move by a van or a car if the terrorist do as they been doing they may target the police cars that are moving him the end he may still get kill off only by the terrorist now. 50/50 chance it can happen
