Sucks. But it is better than nothin. I think GIMP has a little more power.

Never tried Paint.NET, but I've heard of it quite a bit of times, and it sounds like a pimped up version of MS Paint, so it should be a simple application to work with (simple = good).

I use it for quick image work, such as resizing. For any thing more then that i use gimp.
