This adds some balanced light to accentuate inner and outer surfaces at night by adding a little vibrancy to objects and darkening the sky for more contrast.
You can use it to create much more vibrant atmospheres like bright moonlight or strongly floodlit exteriors and interiors by raising the values and it can also be used to create pastel to fluorescent effects by differing the values given here.
I have left gain and ceiling out of this script as they are not needed for this purpose.

BTW
Adding sun(0,0,0) will darken the ground in day-time missions - may be useful for making the ground in some maps a rich brown instead a pale sandy colour.
