To use a Graphic Card you put in you will ahve to Turn the Onboard Graphics Off so you can Use the Graphic card you want to put in.

i dont think there is anything out for them at the moment. but they can be used for all the same things PCI slots are used for... except pci-e is faster.

expect to see alot of pci-e cards out this year

there are i found it last night basic adapter for SATA and some other thing. i seach for pci-express 1 came up with a lot of items not many but most part adaters for SATA and IDE to plug in there. prices range from USD-25.00-$319.99

PCI-E 1x is going to be used for Ram upgrade Plug in Chips where you can use the PCI-e 1x slots to plug in a Card that has like 512mb of ram on it DUe in April i do beleive
