look for a software to make KDV files with

i working on something and i have " name.KDV " i need a software to use to make up other KDV files and edited them these files are a video game file, Novalogic use it long all go, i trying to find this software but getting no were. they use it in DF1 intro, i like to view it or make up other files with it.

software unknown the only clue i have to work with is the file type: Name.KDV i try all search engines now asking for help to locate this ??software that was use to make up .KDV files
