Hmm network..question

Hello been a while since i played some bhd but who can leave a df game forever lol. Ok here is my problem i have 3 pc's on a network with all having bhd installed and all but one can play and host etc. My newest pc as far as bhd only is concerned gets stuck at joining session though this happened all of a sudden. It was working great then my internet(cable) went off so i unplugged my router modem for minute then restarted everything now this pc wont work for bhd only it seems. I tried resetting dmz as well as setting portforwarding thinking this may be the problem but alas nope just wont work for joining a game. I can host fine it seems.Again i can play any other game fine and other pc's on network run bhd fine and this one ran bhd fine as well ..did..I reinstalled bhd 2 times but no good..Any ideas would be sweet now that i cant play it on this pc i want to all the more..

Well ive tried all the port forwarding,firewall eceptions to no firewall on at all and no luck. Dosent make sense why it all of a sudden cant connect to anyone elses server when it was able to before. Hmm all my other pc's on network can run bhd fine. I can play any other game dl bhd updates,host even but joining session locks it up. Any ideas would be helpful..
