How To Make A Soldier Stay?
I have an really big question, maybe not a really big one but please help.
You see, I made a single player mission (Coop). And I place 5 guards to a waypoint. 2 are in the tower 1 is ready to run after the allies (Americans) 2 are just by the main gate (GUARDING) Now into the question. I'm good at making events and I made a truck with the player and 2 other soldiers. What really dumb happens is that, when the truck drives by the base all of the enemy soldiers, even in the tower, are runing after us? WHY??? I put the enemy soldier's settings to GUARDING But they just stand there why??? And NOT SHOOTING??? Last edited by Webviper2006; 11-30-2005 at 03:35 PM. |

set 'em to blind and deaf
then just make a trigger for them to see and hear again at some point |

Steve i use to do that with charters in DF LW i had them berserk mod and the villagers too. was funny you trap over the zone area, they start to shot each other and fore get you totally. the villagers had weapons to-boot. was funny to see it.
i was trying to make them all go after me or players, only they end-up killing each other off. lol

Maybe it is just I need to reinstall Delta Force Black Hawk Down game.

no no no, just set the enemys engagement distances and their attack distance the same, "gaurding" is plain stupid, its another word for "special state" since they have none they do stuff normally
