Weapon editing
I'm new to this whole modding thing and have been trying to figure out how to edit weapon characteristics, mainly the minigun on the blackhawk. I've managed to make it fire slower, but just not faster. How did those guys do it in the Black Ops mod for JO?

it been said no modding of JOTR or JOTR: E at all the rule been seat down by Novalogic.Inc the game is not to modded by any other then Novalogic.Inc any 3rd party Mod will get players banned by them and PB, don't let them catch you doing it.

Even if I just choose to play the game offline? All I want to do is have some fun in the training missions. Then I can just reinstall the game to play online.

i would certainly practice with a new .pff file rather then the orig files
sry the blackops mod was not made by us, but i could probably help if you told me how u made it slower, but i guess there is some logic behind it that you have already tried :/ |

soundsetend GF_MGUN_CASING delaystart 0 delayend 0 function wpn_std_fire particle Effect_MiniMuz particleuserpoint mflash01 Its the third line from the top that changes the rate of fire. Bigger numbers make it fire slower, but negative numbers makes it not fire at all.

What about adding rounds to weps like the morter i want to be a morter man with 60 rounds

there should be a delay set for the recoil too set it from a high number to zero or something, i did this in BHD and i can now fire 2500rpm
|
