KMA Squad has been removed from all NHQ events:

KMA tried to win a DF:X TKOTH tournament match by forfiet against .ci. See the thread [here].

.ci was noticed that KMA did not follow General Rule 1C. When it came to Admins attention, KMA automatically forfieted their rights for contention.

.ci then posted results. See [here].

Then the Leader of KMA made a series of comments on other threads, disrupting the tournament.

Trojan excused him from the forum saying, "that if were not here to schedule or confirm a match, you are excused from the tournament forum." (This was his warning)

Trojan after the warning, temporarely banned KMA-Firefox until he has cooled down because he continued to comment and interfear with other scheduled matches.

Then KMA-Firefox the CO private messeged Trojan 4 times and made more comments in the tournament forums. FireFox claimed that Trojan is biased and an ip ban wont do any good because he is into internet securty and web design. (He laughed as if we could do nothing about the temp ban issued).

FireFox requested that they be removed from all NHQ events as if they were victims while infact they were not. So NHQ will follow through with this request and if they continue to instigate problems, they will be permantly banned from the site and all NHQ tournaments in the future.

This was quite a simple judgement in this certain case. There was no biased decision. Every problem here will be looked upon in an individual bases and judged on an individual bases. We do not change rules, we enforce them so don't be manipulated and confused by Squads that do just that. Everybody enjoy the rest of the tournament.
