Pigeon Problem

A small town in Arizona was having a bad pigeon problem. You couldn't walk down the street without getting tagged. The town mayor put an ad in a few large city papers for someone to get rid of all the pigeons and a few days latter a man answered the add. He told the mayor he would do the job for free but if he was asked any questions it would cost $1 million. The mayor agreed and the man told him to meet him on the tallest hill in town in the morning.

They met the next day and the man pulled out of his coat a blue pigeon and tossed him into the air. The blue pigeon flew all around town and all the other pigeons followed him. When all were following him he flew out of town and after a couple of hours returned by himself not leaving a single pigeon any where in town.

The next day the mayor called the man on the phone and told him to meet him at his office. When he arrived the mayor handed him a check for $1 million and said I have to ask you one question. Would you have a blue Mexican?
