I prefer DF1 way over DF2 any day. One of the reason's why I don't like DF2 is due to the fact that it has hardware support that doesn't work on any new cards. Not to mention it "somewhat" looks glitcher than DF1, and probably is.

Oh yeah, and the "SAW and jumping" online... me hates...

all i know is that i cant login to dflw. i get no responce from nova. i love dflw. but now im lost. dont know what to do. i guess its over. this is very frustrating. i dont have a problem if they want me to login. ill do it but all ive ever done is play the game. i dont understand all this computer stuff and they wont respond.i want my money back lol. ps. i have kicked all your buts at least once

Well why can't you login? Do you get an error message? What exactly happens? Be specific, and we can probably help you...

After getting the updates from nova I had to reinstall the no cd patch and the mission editor for xp. Where I had the problem is I didn't know my I.D. and password for DFX are the same as DFLW. I havn't had an account with DFLW in 5 years so when it came back when I tried to register it said e-mail address already in use at nova When I used my DFX name and password I was able to go online to DFLW and it only took me a week end to figger it out so hoofarted no more excuse. Your right about no responce from nova. will they ever bring out a new game and stop screwing around with the old ones. Tell me if I'm wrong but i don't recall SOF ever having to go to these great extreams to protect their older games. But then they use there time and effort on the future of gaming where nova is trying to hold on to the dream.

Nova basically just killed the games in my opinion with them stupid updates...

hoofarted, you need to got to novaworld.com and register an account. you login to the game with that acount. if not registered ofcourse you wont be able to login. and you only need 1 acount for all your games.

did you update using the two updates they release
1.) update the game with
2.) new server update 2007? they move to a new location and they have a new url address now to log-in at. patch was released 2006 or 2007

older novalogic game all got their servers move to a new location DF: 1/2/LW/TFD
