Nova tech support closed for Thanksgiving
Should've posted this ages ago:

In celebration of the Thanksgiving Day holiday this year, Novalogic Technical Support will be closed from November 19th thru the 23rd. Many answers to our Technical Support questions can be found in our Knowledgebase at http://www.novalogic.com/support.asp. If you cannot find the answers that you are looking for in the Knowledgebase use the “Contact Tech Support” option on that page. Technical Support will return to answer any phone calls and emails on November 26th. Enjoy the Holiday.
