Close Chief, that was Grape Ape. This was a live-action adventure serial from a silly Hanna Barbera kids show that showed cartoons as well. 1968-1970. Heres a photo from one of the cartoons.

Yep, Jet was right with the photo...that was a hint to the clue for the only TV show that hosted the The Arabian Knights.

The answer for the phrase "Uh-oh, Chongo" is from the live-action adventure serial "Danger Island"! This was also hosted by the Banana Splits back in the day. "Uh-oh, Chongo"! They would repeat this over and over again on the show.

I wouldve answered the Grape Ape one but I saw that it was already answered, kinda like the Speed Racer one.

Another hint since it looks like I stumped everyone... One of the main themes of the cartoon is they use "wheeled" vehicles but not for racing.

That was my last hint and if nobody can answer in 24 hours im going to give the answer away and post another. Already have it picked out too.
