I do it. I'm not sure if it's legal. You shouldn't have to many problems if the following things happen:
  • Sell your scripts, not modified scripts of other peoples work (for instance PHP_NUKE)
  • Your dad or mom needs to know, and tell them that they take all legal sides of things. If you get sued or something, they take the fall not you. They have too. So it's best taht they know.
Hope that helps. I'd suggest making a nice online site. Also don't go jumping ahead of yourself. Most people won't buy from you until they see a portfolio of "jobs" that you've done.

You know my mom and dad want to make a online music store. Pray for the Lord.

I want to make PHP scripts so people can buy them.

And make my own hosting service. You know reseller hosting.

So? Please help. I think is legal.

Also adding on, to be taken as a serious site, and to sell well your going to need to buy a domain.com name. A real domain name. You're going to need a very professional layout, and the site needs to run and work well.

I believe (this is going by what i know of Canada's laws) that if you make less than 8 thousand per year you do not have to pay income tax. But you should recognize all profit as "income".

There are little legals things you need to know but make sure you plan out exactly what you want to do before you do it.

it depeneds on a few things;

your age, country, income

just remember if you dont pay, the tax people will still know as you will be getting money going through your bank so will want to be knowing why, and you will then face big fines and even a prison sentence if not paid. Best thing for you to do is make an apointment to go see the local tax office and ask them
