Dedicated Hosting of BHD (or any Delta) Without Sufficient GFX Hardware?

I have a decent dedicated server but without a good enough graphics solution to actually play BHD - is there anyway to bypass the initial GFX test and host this game?

..going slightly mad at this point

Just guessing, but could you try taking a video card out of another machine and sticking it into the server just for the test? And then put the video card back.

Hi, no it's a remote server.

I'm told that the option /serveonly is supposed to bypass it but I've not had any luck with it.

novalogic, inc did a update and remove the bypass option

only way i can think of install it into the remote server and don't update.

that means all the players come to it must have the same version that is in the server as will

Today I examined the BHD.exe and found reference within to a /webserver option that brought up a "Game Web Server" dialogue prior to the normal boot procedure (on a local PC, not the remote server). Upon clicking OK it just seemed to load the usual way.

Upon updating it to the most recent patch /webserver failed to do anything.

At no point have I seen /serveonly do anything.

Message from hunter-WTF : "you must have a space right after /serveonly or it will not work"

There is no /serveonly option, I looked at the .exe and found a whole load of command-line options and /serveonly isn't one of them.

Having said that I had already tried /serveonly before I checked and as stated it doesn't work (for BHD).

Appreciate the replies though.

I've spoken to hosting companies about this and they tell me they are running a "non-retail" version of BHD.exe
