If you go to the link: http://www.dfarena.com/forums/showth...0&pagenumber=1 You'll find a couple links to the new editor (it's actually the Comanche 4 editor that's been modified to make maps for DFLW), this editor you have the ability to see sections in a 3d WireFrame window and you can edit their height/position also. Please read the last few pages carefully as this is still under development and there are some problems. There is also a converter to convert the map to a DFLW Mis file and.. well, it's all posted there.
Note, in the very first post (mine) there are some screen shots - one of the 3d window and one of the completed dock I made.
