Intel Docs
I'm working on a COOP using the DFX med that sets picking up the Intel Docs as the 1st or 2nd event. There will be several other events after this and I want to set this up where the intel docs must be carried by someone to the last event of the game . . . similar to a flag carrier in CTF . . . if docs are dropped, someone else must pick them up.
If this is possible, how would it be set up and how would I set up a lose condition it players reach the final waypoint without the docs? |

Well I don't know how you're map is set up but I would set up an Area trigger around the last waypoint.
Here's how I'd do it. Create a new event trigger by double clicking on "New Trigger". Trigger type: SSN Trigger condition: Area trigger In the SSN drop down box choose "Player". it will be at the very bottom of the list. Now in the Area box, choose the Number of your area trigger and click OK. Now create another Trigger for the same event. Trigger type: SSN Trigger condition: Holds Item In the SSN drop down box choose Player In the Item Group drop down box choose the Group number of the Intel docs. (this means you'll have to assign the intel docs to a group. this can but done by simply highlighting the intel docks and editing its Item Attributes by pressing enter on your keyboard. In the item attributes find the drop down box and give it a group. Just don't assign it to group 1 or 2.) ALSO MAKE SURE THAT FOR THIS EVENT TRIGGER YOU MUST CHECK OFF THE CHECK BOX CALLED FALSE!!! This tells the even that if the player is in the area and is NOT holding the docs then he will lose. To create an event action that will make your team lose, double click on New Action. for the action type scroll down to the bottom and select "Win, Red". Let me know if it works!
