Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow

I liked it. It would have been worlds better had the woman not been nagging the WHOLE TIME. I wanted to beat my brains out listening to her incessant nagging the entire movie. Otherwise, it was a very cool movie. Jude Law is a great actor (I loved him in AI...simply the best) and he really shines in this.

My favorite part is where he's finished fighting the first time, then goes into his office, pulls out a shot glass and a bottle that looks like it could be some Jim Beam, and instead pours a shot of Milk of Magnesia! I was laughing like crazy.

I just watched it for the 5 millionth time It's one of my favorite movies of all time, which is saying something since I hate musicals. Great great movie.

Saw "Ladder 49" and "BHD" last night. Former is an excellent movie too. Must see!!

Well, if you like nostalgic type movies, definately. It is very much 40's 50's, but I love stuff like that.

A truly awful film called The Stepford Wives the remake of the seventies classic, someone should have checked this before releasing it on the general public.

Windtalkers - Some serious problems in that movie concerning combat.
1. No one runs firing at the waist whilst charging bunkers full of Japs.
2. Yank tanks drove around and got blown up... didnt fire a single shot.
3. Reloading whilst in PLAIN VIEW of the enemy.
4. Firing at the waist with an M1.
But other than that some good face to face fighting scenes between the navaho dude and a swarm of Japs. Lots of shooting and full scale battles. Excellent asside from those minor problems.
