DFMAX Tells us about Joint Ops 2 might be made

It looks as though Novalogic may be already thinking about JO2. If you are a registered member of Novaworld you will notice a poll asking what What would you like to see in the next game in the Joint Ops series? Well rather than just a simple poll, why not tell them what you would like to see. We have set up a thread in our JO forums which you can comment. They do read them so it may not be a wasted excercise.

I don't know how sales of J.O. have gone in the U.S. or other countries but locally it hasn't sold to well and has been greatly reduced in price so I'm wondering if there would be much point in creating a J.O. 2?

Just a thought.

But liek i said they usually get better on the next versions i mean DF1 Was horrible and when they made DF2 it got better and as they kept making them they got better and better now didnt they maybe they have found a way to make JO Better.

Ya and what sucks is that my video card dont allow it. And it says 56K Freindly! NOT! I use DSL. But my friend has it and he cant play worht crap.

df1 was the best game novalogic ever made. df2 got a little bit more popular though. I mean df2 has about 15 pgs of pub games a night

I dont play there and many others because everytime we go in there always so new player or sucky cheating to win so its not fu nto pla ywhen you have to worry about that.DF2=Cheat City and i think Joint Ops wOULD BE nOVAS bEST GAME IF IT WASNT ALL LAGGY i gotta get a gig of ram or mb u know a gig to play it easier.

Are y'all being serious about the costly system requirements to play the game? I recently upgraded my machine w/ the following:

Refurb MSI Delta-L nforce board, $40 on Newegg.com
2 Sticks of 512mb PC3200 Mushkin memory $80/each
Athlon 2600+ chip $80

I already owned a GF4 Ti4400.

Where's the expense? Am I missing something?

Well see when i bought Joint Ops it had a little square add with a soldier on it and it said Nvidia meaning Nvidia is really the one the say to use im sure may be the best to use Novidia Cards.I have a Nvidia Geforce 4 MX 440-SE Card and it works great for games.I just needa get more RAM if your getting lag in Joint Ops you may need more RAM To play with like 512 mb of ram or 1 gig.I was told that by several ppl that 512mb or 1 gig is best to use in RAM.But hopefully Joint Ops 2 is better you may wanna get a good connection to atleast a ISDN Connection thats what i use or get better like cable.
