Bryce 5

man!!!!!

does it take everyone else like an hour to render anything in this i mean is it a setting or something i am doing wrong?

my pc is 3ghz p4 should it take this long?

mine takes about 15 mins to do everything including the anti aliasing, it all depends on the "material" you use on your object. Glasses and terrains take the longest. Id say play a game or something while its doing that, thats what i do so im not just sitting in front of my comp screen looking at the render.

yeah i found it now the AA was set to superfine.

mines set to the max and it only takes me 15 minutes to render a full sence

then i dunno i guess its alot of materials or something i rendered something @ 1024X768 that might have been the problem

takes me about 25 minutes for a 1024x768 render

I rendered this in bryce and it took about 45 min.s and its a 1280x1024 size and I had my AA set to superfine

OMFG!!!!!

this is weird then cause riders piece is more materials then mine i must have jacked my program up so bad it does not work right

cause i did this piece following a tutorial

and it took like 3 hrs total

I dont think u followed the tut. right then, cuz that kind of render is really quick to do in bryce, I could do that piece in about 10 min.s on my machine

can some1 post a tut for bryce 5 how to make something like them? cuz all the ones i find idk what they're talking about and i dont know how to do some of the stuff they're talking about cuz bryce 5 confuses me
