really nice idea, it's nice to see something different ebery now and again.

the problem for me is that it look slike you got the paintbrush and coloured in the eyes and just lowered the opacity.

if your looking for advice then maybe use the pen tool to properly get the shape of the eye, then use a suitable blending mode to get a deep rich colour into the eyes.

overall it's nice, i like b/w art that has a bit of colour in it .
