you know what would be cool. If they added flyable helicoptors. like one person flys it (without stupid waypoints) and the other one shoots.. like you can fly where ever you want.. and control the speed and landingear and get awards for being a good piliot. can you really control the boats and heli's yourself without the use of waypoints? and more buildings and a better map maker.. and like tutorials already made so people know how to make maps and make the dumb heli's land right.. and new vechiles.. better guns.. and a major thing they need to fix is the charaters.. i'm sorry but they look like crap if you see close up thier face is pratically flat and the eyes are ****tty and everything.. i think they need to work more on that..

I don't think ppl should raise their expectations too high IMHO. All these things like being able to fly anywhere you want or drive vehicles, amphibious or otherwise in any direction is a very graphic intensive process. That translates to the need for lots of broadband to handle the data being transmitted backwards and forwards across the Internet. I know that in the USA, broadband connections above 64K upstream are available, but that's not the case in most of Europe where Providers tend to cap you at the 64K (512Kbps) upstream limit. I think you have to remember that Nova uses dedicated servers to host games and by that I mean machines that are built as servers and not home PCs' being used for that purpose. Dedicated servers usually run on SCSI drives rather than IDE because of the need to handle all that data. If you're going to introduce graphic intensive operations like driving vehcles anywhere you like, you're going to have to accept that lowering the number of players in a game to between 4 and 10 players max is going to be necessary if you want to run your own server.

Battlefield 1942 doesn't use the Commanche 4 graphics engine. BHD does. Also DICE and EA Games didn't sponser in any way BHD to my knowledge.
