Come on Irene!
Right now I'm playing single play mode. Need a hint on how to capture the High level skinnies on the second floor. I get off the roof and they start blasting away at me. I toss a flashbang to take the room down and the team then kills them all. If I avoid the room and go outside there are no hostiles around. If I walk very far from the target building the game ends as incomplete. How do I capture these guys!

after you breach the door you need to lean around the corner of the meeting room and toss a flashbang in and then pull your car-15 out and start pickin the hostile skinnies from around the corner.
