New User Looking for a fun Squad

Howdy y'all. I am new here and to Black Hawk Down. I love the online play and have been playing it several hours a day for a week or so now. I am new and not that good right now but was hoping to find a squad to play on that could help me get better. I have several hours a day to dedicate to playing and practicing. Seems to me that my game will improve more in a squad then it would on my own. If there are any squads out there willing to help out a newbie please let me know. Thanks!
