[news] MSN Messager 8.0 redone over

The Hotfix.net website has posted a feature list that is expected to debut with version 8.0 of MSN Messenger sometime next year. While he hints that this is speculation and rumour, we are confident that this information is accurate.

While MSN Messenger 7.5 just came out, 8.0 is already being worked on and heading towards beta by the end of the year. A third party source whom is said to be from Microsoft has provided us with this information. Here's a list of possible and rumored features Microsoft is contemplating on going into the IM client:

tbh i dont like constant things added, i just need a chat proggy not all the carp that comes with it :/

think Yahoo IM you have the option to disable the tap on what you like to use as in Weather info, ads, Ebay, so on...

MSN-IM you don't have the Tap option, but on the plus side it not loaded up with ad-ware ether like some are.

with all "IM" hackers do like to hack them and make up Virus for them all. sad thing MSN-IM is weak in this area security is loaded with holes.
