what program did you use to build it Mouse because photoshop isn't working to well with me lol

*Ahem*, MS Paint.

The windows were probably Photoshop or something - the rest is MS Paint...

And I'll give you a good tip to this ShArP, when doing pixel art in Paint, zoom in. Don't do it all on standard view, because it definitely will not work. Zoom in, do your work, and zoom out. Make a small 3D box and keep all the lines even and such, and everything tidy, and you'll be on your way.

I used Photoshop.
It is easier to position things using layers.
You can also create basic brushes for the pencil tool. ( various types of lines, bricks.. etc. )
Have a look with google for "pixel art" brushes.

Have a look at this : Hong Kong It goes on and on and on .......
