I NOTICED THAT WEHN I PLAY SHORE PATROL THERE IS NO GREEN ARROW POINTING YOU IN THE DIRECTION YOU MUST GO, IS THAT NORMAL??? BECAUSE I CANNOT NOT GET TO THE TOWER FOR THE LIFE OF ME SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF THE THE ARROW LINE IS SOPOSSED TO BE HERE

no the intel was messed up and you have to figure it out yourself, just look for the grafitti on walls and follow that

I'm not 100% sure, but if you don't see graffiti, you are not walking the good way, if you do see graffiti on the walls, you know you are walking right. Just like 2tall said.

I don't know how to walk exactly, but when you go up the hill head west, till you see a fence and kill the enemies there, then follow the waypoints untill you get the message you are lost, head back and when you are at the burnig barrel keep walking and go into the alley, head into the next alley, from there, there is only 1 way to the tower.

I was trying to figure out how to explain it. Auxilium did a great job.
