From what I understand, as you see in the video, our hero is piloting a Warhammer. FASA allegedly lifted the design for it from the Macross Tomahawk. They deny this is a legal problem anymore on the Wikipedia page:

All I can find is reference to an online play version and a Crysis Wars Mod
Cannot find a full release or beta of the actual game for PC - xbox
