i have dsl. an my old modem was not working good, so i bought a new one. it works great. it even helped my speed. now its at 2.5. but now when i play joint ops. i get the T an the R in the upper left corner. an the R is flashing red.
an with the new modem my game play is better. less lag an no jerking. any input will help thanks

it might be a server side issue , it happens to me once in a while , i have 1500 down/1024 up DSL , and it seems to only be in certian servers that this happens , go to your start menu and go to RUN , type in CMD , and at the prompt , type "ping(space)www.novaworld.net" (without the quotes and(space) means to put a space in between the word ping , and the ip address
then try "tracert(space)www.novaworld.net , and it will tell you what hops your connection is going thru to get to the Nova servers(all Nova servers) , look to see if there are any big pings(100+) , it might be the route that your ip uses to get to Nova may have a crappy node ,and that will raise your overall pings and give u the occaisonal red T and R (the T is Transmit ,and the R is recieve) what u send to nova and what they send back!
