i have reached just about realisim with the DFX game i have, well a game based on DFX but a totally diffrent game due to all the modifications i have done.
i redid all the ballistics files in the Ammo.DEF file and redone all the weapons settings in the Weapons.DEF file.
i turned off the dang tracers so have to hunt for the bad guys and redid the ammo balistics so that the ai guys dont have a 4000m range with a 5.56mm round, and changed it so that they have the same ballistics as the weapons that are in the loadout menu.
where ya couldnt reach the aiguy with your gun but they could get you with their gun of same make and calibur, i got rid of that crap, now all weapons of the same make and calibure have the same range.

all ballistics are actual values, the M24 in .308 with 174gr HPHT rounds at 2680fps, now instead of just droping out of the air like it hit a brick wall at a given range the rounds slow little by little and arc like the real deal and after fired wind and other drag coefeciencs make the round slow and lose punch at range like the real deal.

and instead of some1 dying when getting shot in the foot at 500m it will only wound them and take some of their life points away.

ya have to hit the baddies in a vital spot at range greater than 300m with the 5.56mm inorder to kill for it will only wound if ya hit and arm or leg and just take away some of their life.

thescopes have realistic crosshairs instead of the cartoon crap that it had origionally, and can be zoomed, the M24 has a 4-10x zoom, the .50 has a 6-25x zoom, the M4 has a 2-4x scope.

the at4 has sights like in DFLW.

you have to pay attention to your sourroundings inorder to stay alive, ya cant just blitzkreig them anymore or ya will die, you will have to pay attention and think your way thru even the stock maps, fer ya dont have those wenie tracers to show ya where every1 is at.
the new gameplay with the ballistics and weapons modifications is somewhat that of BHD but with better ballistics and weapon functions, and playing the ai guys is just about equivenlent to playing a real person in a deathmatch game, the aiguys they can hide now and will hunt you down if you stay in 1 place to long.
