want oto hear something scary? a few hndred years ago a guy named saint malachy predicted corectly over 100 catholic popes all by name and is said that there is only supposed 2 be 2 more after our current pope his papo motto is labor of the sun witch has a signifigance as he was born in craco the labor of the sun where capernicus proved that the earth went around the sun not as prviously thought the sun around the earth and the papo motto for the next is supposed to be gloria de oliva or glory of the olive witch means a olive skined pope or one from the churches in africa or even south america and the name of the last is the same as the first of his predictions peter the roman and he later added a few latin phrases witch translate out to. in the last days peter the roman will feed the sheep amidst great tribulations at the end of the city of the seven hills will be utrly destroyed and the auful judge will judge the people. the city of the seven hills is rome. but it is said that one of these popes wont be in power for very long. witch leaves us with one

i recon the end of civilization as we know it? and i can tell you why most predictions are off by a few years it has to do with the dark ages when the earth went thru a meator dust cloud most of the sun was blocked out witch made it dark most of the time so the reasone it was called the dark ages it was really dark and most people wernt intrested in the date they was trying to survive so the theorize that we lost a few years there and the athoritys also changed the calender to our present calender a few years later witch lost a few more years it is theorized it is really around 1996 1997 witch if

bah, throughout my life there has always been a prediction or somthing saying that the end of the world is near and it hasnt happened yet, some people just dont get it, when or if it comes who cares?! not like you could do anything about it.... accept get your heart right with the lord. but w/e im living life to the fullest.

and how could he have predicted CORRECTLY 100 popes only a few hundered years ago.

i mean how many popes do we go through in a century? 2 3 4? i dont know. but a 100 that's like at least 3000 years in advance. and if world ending next 10 years how did he predict the rest CORRECTLY.

the worlds been ending past 10 years. . last one i remember was 1999 (june 19th?) by nostradamus. that very day a dust storm went through my town. it came out to be a scary day lol nothing but dust you can see. but world didnt end that day =D

O so true. That's the biggest joke ever. I know God has a sense of humor just by all this. Some freak says "the world's gonna end on such-and-such day", and God is up there laughing like crazy saying "wanna bet?"

I really don't give a hoot over who runs the Catholic church. I don't agree with any of their doctrines (except perhaps about Jesus dying on the cross, though they've twisted that too) and as such I couldn't care less. I do respect the man for his obvious intelligence. He's forgotten more languages than most people know.

There have been predictions of the world comming to an end since before the first millenium and so far thankfully they have all been wrong.

Nostradamus is often quoted as having seen into the future however his work has been open to many different translations. so as to the accuracy of his predictions who can say if they are indeed accurate?

The world will no doubt end one day unitl then I suggest we get on with our lives and hope for the best as someone said, there's nothing we can do about it either way.
