Don't panic mate

Simply a False Positive - A Heuric misinterpretation, we've been using it for years.

If you want to feel secure you can de-fiddle the BIN and manually edit it with Bin2Txt.exe, then re-twiddle it with Txt2Bin.exe.

Both are available in the file download section.

None of the files hosted or linked to from the files section have viruses. They have all been checked many times over, and we've been using them all for many years now without issues. They have also been scanned many times over with ESET NOD32.

Nothing to worry about. Just some anti-virus programs are sensitive to "unknown" programs.

Great news about the hardware and you'll probably have less problems with BHD now.

RE: Virus Alerts...
I can't recommend you ignore the information you have.

It can only be said to be safe.

So it's always been your decision.

Hey, Stompem

Look to be honest I can't ruin or don't want to ruin my new PC. Look if the virus detector is right then I have so choice but to just quit and if you want to help me then can you make a bin file and email it to me, my mission is all done just the bin is left.

I will help you but there's no need for insecure emails, also we can help you just as well (probably more) in an open forum.

Make a topic of discussion for "it", that way others here may benefit -

See you there.

Well, from my experience Avast does chew up some of the NHQ apps.

I've made false positive reports and submitted samples over the years to try and rectify it but I'd say they're generally ignored.

Since they went to Steam (DF games), even the Novalogic file revupdate.exe in DFX2 is now classed as a generic trojan and is automatically removed from my system.
