this is what I get when I try to start playing

Steam - Error

The operation cannot be completed when Steam is offline mode.

any1 know how to fix it?

Sign-out of ur account and resign in. instead of clicking the Steam icon on ur desktop, click the css icon. If you dont have 1, go through ur files and open the css.exe file and start css from the game and see if that works. If that doesnt, all i can suggest is to uninstall and reinstall steam and css. Remove all ur files.
