what should i do...
i bought a domain i really liked, but never used it, so i basically just own it now, but some guy contacted me, asking to buy it from me, i was wondering how much i should ask for it.

the domain is closetnerd.com

If youre not sure how much its worth, just send back an email saying youll consider offers and that you will sell, however as you didnt purchase it for resale you dont have a price for it....

Scott, how could you? It dosent have hq or end in .net TRAITOR!!!

its because he thinks he is a closetnerd but what he doesnt understand is that for him to be a closetnerd it would need to be a secret that he is a nerd. Hence the word closet.

you should be carefull how you sell it, you should use a service such as sedo:

or escrow

as there is alot of fraud about in buying/selling domain names. lots of helpfull info about buying and selling at: www.dnforum.com and you can also get your domain appraised for free there to find out what domain experts think the value of your name to be

Nope, I would ask more then that tho.. Unless you just really want to get it off your hands.

IMO i would just keep it, you never know.. it could make you rich one day. It's only $10 a year..

Anyways closetnerd.com sounds like it could turn into a large site one day, if i were you i would throw a large number out there, no harm in that.
