Operation Khanabad / "seize and destroy HQ's" HOW TO DO IT!

In Operation Khanabad i'm missing something ... i can't seize and drestroy the HQs ... I've targeted everything with laser designator and nothing ... placed satchel charges and nothing ...

Please help me when you have time ,,,

go to a white building on left section of 2nd part of camp. it should have a sign and a flagpole in front of it...satchel or laser it.

i went to the dictionary to see what is a flaghole, it's a "poste de bandeira", i 've remember that flag ...
i don't if this was a problem of mine because i don´t play too much games, or if it was a problem of language.
What i do know is that i've satchel and laser'ed those 2 constructions many times, but that detail i didn't knew
(that construction with the flag at front is a type of building from cenario, so i didn't think could happen year...
