the other link above is no good to use "filehippo.com" they some time change the download link and you have to do it all over again beside they are slow as hell

you download the setup file be better it will scan your system and see what you need, i know i got "filehippo.com" 70% download they change it better get it from microsoft site its only like 3mb or less

go to windows update site and instill any security & software updates that may have been release for this net framework 3.0 service pack
