HTML Help
I need help on a application page... I want it to have questions with Text boxes next to it then a submit button that sends it to my e-mail. does anyone know how to do it?

you could've just edited ur post instead of posting twice ath

anyways to make it go to your email, you need PHP or ASP, or JSP. (there's more such as perl)

That is the script i'd use.

It does pretty much everything for you, including the form.

anyways for some good tutorials look online @ www.w3schools.com and google it.
