Need HELP

I'm having a problem since I downloaded and installed the IC mod for OPS E. I can host on Typhoon Rising and the expansion game with no problem, but when I try to host an IC mod game my computer freezes up and I have to reboot before I can do anything. It's very frustrating when this happens. Does anyone have a clue as to what the problem might be? I have replaced the PSU with a 750w I have 2 gigs of memory while running a core 2 duo E4500 at 2.20GHz and a NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT graphics card. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the IC mods. I blew all the dust out just this past weekend (as I do every month) and still have the same problem. I don't know what else to try. I like the IC maps, because you get tired of the same old maps over and over. Any and all help will be deeply appreciated.
