your "work out" routine
ok well for those of u's who "work out" lol, what is ur daily routine?
mines this.. 120 sit ups.. (60 in afternoon around 4pm, and then another 60 before bed at 10pm) 50 pressups, 25 afternoon, 25 bfore bed bench press - 12 reps of 30kg dumbell - 7kg each side, 24 reps.. thing with leg to lift weights - 22 1/2 kg 12 lifts 1 mile run everyday (the run is weather permiting lol.. so about 3 times a week) im pretty happy with myself at the minute, but i focused 2 much on the running 2 start with, been lifting weights since the 22nd april this year started with 10kg (seemed heavy 2 start with lol, but amazing how light it feels after awhile.. can remember struggling 2 lift it with 2 arms now can lift and carry it about with 1 lol..) so whats urs? |

i have a routine, too much to go into detail with it.
i make sure i do my 8 minute ab video everyday, workout a lot in the gym with various free weights and machines, i weigh 155 and can bench the last time i maxed 235 pounds, which is pathetic because i have really slacked off recently as we speak i am looking up some new ab workouts that target the lower abdominal region....this is one of the careers i would like to do..personal trainer

I get up at 5:45 AM...make my bed in my sleep...start coffee as I gain conciousness...walk 4 Siberian Huskies...put them away and hit the shower about 6:30 AM ...choke down 2 cups of highly caffinated coffee...hitch my 2500lb. utility trailer to my Dodge...drag it to the shop and load anywhere from 100lbs. to 1500lbs of floorcovering in my trailer...drag it to someones house..install it (which might include moving funiture/ removing the old flooring....ewe) ..carry the remnants off (up or down stairs..across yards/alleys/cul-de-sacs)...drag the trailer back to the shop and unload what doesnt belong there...then I come back home ..tote 12 longneck bottles (all at once) all the way to the fridge..and remove the contents from each of them using only my lips....
I always forget what happens next...but i wake up and start over and try it again...one of these days I am going to make a video and see what happens... <:{{{}}}>< |

Since i play tennis i do not have a big routine but its a 6 hour training since im a pro-am tennis person but mine is
100 Pushups 120 Situps 200Leg Press 3-5 Mile Run And the rest is just playing tennis I also have to flex i can do splits and i amd just plain really flexible i have to do stretches also,

go to my gym ... jog on the tredmill to warm up for like .. 5-10 mins .. then depends on what i did on the day before...if i did uper body the day befor i do lower body ... bench press..preacher bar... crunches..everything lol .. im benching like 230 now ... pathetic ... lost it all..
then at night me and my brother beat the **** out of the punching bag (one hasta hold that thing from swinging around)...if you wana loose weight quick i suggest getting a 100 lb bag .. best thing i found for absis when im at the gym i put the bed thing on an angle.. so my feet are above my head, and do sit ups with a 45 lb weight .. going all the way down or stoping in the midde...(stoping in the middle is REALLY hard .. i can only do like 30 sit ups that way ...) tooooo damn hot here in florida to be running right now lol

i dont do situps i do curls 3 sets of 10 with 110lbs with curl bar, bench same amout of sets with 255lbs squats 4sets of unknown weight with the rear and front idlers of a 1940s D2 catapilar, i just find what i can do 3 sets of 10 on squats, do shrugs 3set of 200lbs, havnt done any legpreses on incline in a while but used to be able to do 3 sets of 8 of 690+lbs. with barbell use 2 of them for biceps each 50lbs do 4 sets of 12 with them. and i do this 3 times a week.

leg press..pff. .those are too easy .. i did 1000 on it .. it's because unlike squating you don't neet to keep your balance and it's not killing your neck lol
suqating i just rep like 250 .. im sure i cna do alot more

lol I bet I can barely bench 150 I need to get some gloves because I hate what the bar does to your hands.
