Post arg your fault

hit the terragen today :/

Original render

render time was 22 mins @ 1280x1024

After some PS love and attention

at least it gave me a chance to try some new things out in PS finally. mainly adjusting images without using brightness/contrast controls

it's strange that the render always seems ok until u load it into PS and change a few things, the original looks way too dark now :/

the terrain is a real height map but i cant remember which part of the workd it is. really nice terrain though.
custom colour map as usual (and needs some work as usual).

sorry, but i think the orginal is slighty better because its darker, still its good work man, nice one

fair point Tec
personal taste me thinks.
generally i dont like TG renders that have large dark areas as it just looks like a flat colour across large areas usually. i felt that lightening the shadows enabled more detail to be seen.

hey the green ones prettey sweet ... i'v decided that I hate the clouds tg generate on all the renders, so next tg render i do ... its gonna have my own clouds in it
